Who do you need to BE in order to succeed in the next stage of your life?

Earlier this week I had the privilege of meeting face-to-face one of my coaching clients, pianist Kerri Turner during a recent visit to Texas.

​We have known each other for almost 10 years now and being able to connect in person was a true highlight of my week.

Kerri was one of the founding members of my initial Musician’s Profit Umbrella business mentorship program back from 2020 and has since re-enrolled in the 2021 program where she is now growing her piano teaching business full-steam ahead.

I also had the pleasure of meeting her 15-year old son, Aubrey, who is an aspiring musician himself.

​Not surprisingly, we dove right into discussing what he’d like to do and what his goals were as an aspiring musician.

​In the process of sharing some words of wisdom with this sweet teenager, I realized a very important concept that has long been engrained in my default thought process.

​When it comes to creating a vision for our future, it’s all about embodying that reality as if it already exists, and acting upon that feeling and belief.

​The question that I love to ask myself and also to my coaching clients is:

​✨If what you wanted was already there, who would we need to BE to enjoy this new reality?
