Marcie Brown, Founder of The Cello Guru

“I’m so much happier thinking that I have a plan for the future. I wanna thank Fabiana and also encourage everyone to think that this is possible for you have a better life where you work a lot less and where you feel that you’re valued.

Josee Allard, Workshop Facilitator and Founder of Creative Music

Erin went from teaching 14 hours a week to 1 hour a week while grouping her students, raising her rates, and winning her time back.

“I’ve already exceeded my annual teaching salary, like by a great deal. And that’s just with my online program, my in-person program right now is on track to make more than $20,000 for one hour of teaching a week. What if the way you got to this point in your life is not necessarily the way you will get to the next? Something needs to change.

I understand.

If you’re anything like most musicians in this world, chances are you’re thinking …
You can’t have a music business that feeds your artistic soul AND makes money that’s just not how the world works. So I’ll always have to choose one or the other – and never be fully satisfied.”

I get it, of course. That’s what the music industry has taught us all to believe for so long – and it keeps us controlled and trapped in low-paying, soul-destroying jobs, because we don’t believe there’s any other way to make a living as a musician–entrepreneur.

I’ve experienced first hand how challenging it can be to balance artistic, professional, and personal pursuits.
Even though I had been a pianist all my life, as I completed my doctoral degree and became a business owner, and later a mother, I found myself in moments where my artistic side took a backseat.

I was pursuing a highly successful career but was overly consumed by my business and could not find a justifiable way to create artistic projects that would align in synergy with my entrepreneurial endeavors.

There was something missing. This caused me great sadness, burnout, and even grief for a life that once was active as a performing musician.

When I delegated my music academy and became a University music entrepreneurship educator, I helped hundreds of musicians build businesses and pursue their dream careers. In the process, I discovered how to change my reality to be able to fulfill my own artistic, professional, personal, and financial goals.

I was able to bring back my artistry in a way that became an integral part of my life, my brand, and my business.

The best part of it was that this approch helped me be more efficient and flowing in my professional activities while also enabling me to create new income opportunities!

The truth is, the world is changing. The gatekeepers of the classical music industry no longer have the control – access to music performances and teaching is longer in their tight grip.
And that means there are worlds of opportunities opening up for you to get out there and not only create the kind of music business that lights up your creative spirit …
But also connect directly with people who are crying out for your genius, and will happily pay for it…!

I’m here to tell you there IS a way to build a profitable music business that also feeds your artistic soul.
And the quickest way to get there is with my Musician’s Profit Umbrella® program .

Made $22,000 after 1 month of working with Fabiana

This has been life changing. Every day that you delay not doing the program is the day that you’re losing money. Now that I’ve seen the success just in the short amount of time and the possibility of is are endless. And it’s it’s it’s really exciting to be thinking about these bigger dreams and bigger goals that I couldn’t think of before. Every day that you delay not doing the program is the day that you’re losing money.”

Renee Delescavage, Founder of Renee’s Music Studio

Launched her online piano improvisation program, quadrupled her rates and quit her job after 25 years of teaching in a music school.

I went from working from 60-70 hours a week to 20-30! I can foresee a new life for myself. That I can actually make a life that’s healthier and not full of burnout. I am able to see tangibly that I am happier. That has been really powerful. This was a bit out of my comfort zone. But I absolutely have grown from it. I’ve grown as a person, my business has grown, my vision has grown. So those are the things that are really possible.”

Dawson White, Founder of Aspire Music

Launched her online voice program and made $7500 with her first three students from India while working fewer hours than she had ever in her life

“This program is so good. I can tell you it’s been really helpful for me to build my business, but also making that mind shift and not really thinking one on one all the time, but thinking how you can make a holistic change in a student.”

Deirdre Lobo, Founder of Ovima-Global

Launched her online piano improvisation program, quadrupled her rates and quit her job after 25 years of teaching in a music school.

“It’s a wonderful place to be. And you will just continue to find those things that will continue to resonate with you in this program and taking any time you’re on it is such a wonderful job of taking you step by step in finding what you need to bring out the best in you as a musician with these new and more efficient and higher goals.

What if you could incorporate your artistic projects into your business activities so that you can achieve both financial freedom AND creative fulfillment?!

How I created a brand umbrella that brought me financial freedom and creative fulfilment.

I achieved most of my career milestones by embracing all the different areas of my personal and professional life and designing a “brand umbrella,” which allowed me to create a unified sense of identity and create new income opportunities.
This program allowed me to co-found a multi-six-figure business called Superior Academy of Music ten years ago, where I created a program to help empower students through music education.

It also enabled me to effectively position myself in the academic job marketplace and to be appointed Founder and Director of the University of North Texas Music Business and Entrepreneurship program.

In this role, I spearheaded the creation of a major initiative that helped musicians launch their own businesses, win tenure-track University teaching positions, and gain arts administration jobs. Under my leadership, the UNT Music Business and Entrepreneurship program earned national recognition by being ranked among the top 15 music business schools by Billboard magazine for 4 years in a row.

Designing my brand umbrella also allowed me to keep my artistic side alive by creating several projects that blended my various interests and personal background, such as “A Piano Journey Through Latin-America” and most recently a multimedia lecture-recital called “Women as Musician Entrepreneurs.”

Using this approach, I’ve also helped my coaching clients develop their businesses through a renewed sense of artistic inspiration that led to action and positive results reflective of their full beings.

Because of what I’ve been through and the lessons I’ve learned along the way, I’m now on a mission to help musicians and arts leaders become artistically and financially empowered to pursue a career path that inspires them while positively impacting those around them.

All these experiences led me to create my signature blueprint called The Musician’s Profit Umbrella®, a transformational experience that helps musicians clarify their vision, unify their strengths, and create new income so that they can enjoy a financially-empowered, artistically-fulfilled, purpose-driven, and family-centered life.

  • Through the Musician’s Profit Umbrella®, I’ll guide you and offer you personalized support to effectively structure yourself and/or your organization around a larger all-encompassing brand umbrella.
  • Using innovative, scalable online music business models and forward-thinking industry trends, I’ll teach you key business principles and show you how these apply to the context of music and a career in the arts.
  • I’ll also share specific tools and resources to help you understand and discover how this brand umbrella can facilitate a deep transformation for yourself as well as for your audiences or clients

This is the entrepreneurial approach from which I’ve designed my life, and from which I help my clients design theirs.

Generated 18000 in less than 3 months and went from 25 hours of teaching to 3 hours per week

“And so I realized that I have a great amount of value to offer to them just like Fabiana had a great amount of value to offer to me because just like, you know, just like my students trying to guess what the judges aren’t wanting. Instead of it being a burden, there is a blessing to them, and they’re excited for me. I have now created a six month course, and I sold high ticket clients, and I much more fulfilled have more time for singing and my family.”

Raquel King, Founder of King Classical NWA

“I feel like the last three, four years, all I’ve been doing is teaching, and I’m excited to have more time to play and explore my own musicianship. I’m starting a few less pressure from my from my living situation, I have it feels like more, creativity, more room to think about bigger thing you know, other things, and I’m not just, like, in this little little box. It’s given me, like, a whole, you know, world of possibilities, and I think that’s that’s a huge takeaway for me.”

Holly Gramlich, Owner of Ms Holly Violin Studio

Alicia launched a $3000 mentorship program for aspiring University of Music students.

Lo and behold, she kind of blew me out of the water. It was just that process of having the material and the the vault of knowledge available to me that made things become clearer. It feels like it was really good decision and just I would say, trust your gut, and you can certainly trust this program.”

Alicia Randisi-Hooker, Owner of Cello Leap Studio

Creates a Life of Freedom and Fulfillment

“My family lives on the other end of the country, and I am able able to work really while I’m with them . I don’t have to, take leave or, have a big break. And then that also would allow me to travel more to, concerts and and conferences as a composer. This has really helped me see where I am overscheduling myself, doing things that I really should be delegating, and really focusing on what do I do well.”

Program  Framework

Phase 1 - Looking Inward and Clarifying Your Purpose

I’ll guide you in creating an internal assessment that will help you clarify your vision, understanding your soul essence, and prompt you to make decisions regarding what to grow and what to eliminate or phase out in your life. We’ll address mental blocks and help reframe your perspective on what can be possible for your career and for your life.

Phase 2 - Looking outward and discovering opportunities

Here I’ll show you how to explore your market and discover problems that need solutions. I’ll guide you into learning how to research existing models and get inspiration from examples of musicians and/or arts organizations who’ve demonstrated the successful results of creating a brand umbrella. You’ll learn how to research the needs of potential clients and understand how to match your skills with true problems for your industry. I’ll guide you in assessing which problems you could tackle through your own business value proposition.

Phase 3 - Designing The Solution

Based on all the findings from phase 2, I’ll help you understand how to solidify what solution you could provide based on the existing options and problem points both for your audiences/clients as well as for yourself. I’ll help you objectively conceptualize what activities could seem most appealing and effective given your unique interests and backgrounds. I’ll guide you in deciding whether your want to create something new or expand on what you are already doing, in a way that creates more exponential growth and impact. You’ll learn how to narrow everything down by creating a brand positioning statement, and a specific plan to begin implementing the execution of the idea or unifying concept. In this phase, you’ll clarify your offering, pricing, timeline, and financial projections.

Phase 4 - Integrating your Creative, Artistic, and Personal Side into your Musicians Profit Umbrella®

I’ll help you understand how to integrate all the different elements of your personal, professional, and artistic identity into your business so that you can create a financial engine that also gives you a reason to continue practicing and developing your artistic projects.

Phase 5 - Implementation and Action Taking

Here I’ll guide you on implementing the action steps outlined in phases 3 and 4 and will continue refining your plan as interactions occur with your intended audiences and clients. Here is where the process becomes more daring as you will be proactively creating the needed visibility to get people around you and to gain attention to your business proposition. I’ll show you how to pursue as many interactions as possible with your intended clients and refine your business plan based on feedback and concerns expressed in these interactions. You’ll be able to fine-tune your plan in order to better address the current problems and needs of your intended audience.

Phase 6 - Putting Everything Together, Reflect and Improve

In this final phase, I’ll help you consolidate everything you’ve created in this experience and review what worked and what didn’t. Together we’ll strategize which elements of the business can stay and which may need to be modified or eliminated. By reflecting, reviewing, and revising what you’ve done and how your umbrella brand was received in the world, you’ll be able to strengthen your business and develop valuable tools to continue your entrepreneurial journey with clarity, purpose, artistic fulfillment, and financial freedom.

The best part of this

You’ll learn the specific strategies and tools I used over the past 10 years to:

  • create a multi-six figure business that now runs in another part of the country – without me
  • win a University position and place the program on top national rankings
  • create multiple artistic programs and book performances around the country
  • create a six-figure online coaching business for musicians amidst a global pandemic, working a full-time job, and co-parenting my two little boys
  • Integrate my creative and artistic projects INTO my business
  • help hundreds of other musicians do the same

What sets The Musician’s Profit Umbrella®
program apart?

I’ve been on both sides of the music and business worlds and I know what it’s like to create a professional music career and several businesses, while also raising kids and taking care of my family.

A key differentiator in my program is the fact that I’ve not only learned about these skills by being a professional musician and researching the field of the music business and entrepreneurship, but I’ve also actually experienced what it’s like to start and successfully run a business through my music academy, strategically delegate it to continue running without me, and successfully expand my expertise and impact through a thriving online coaching business.

As a music entrepreneurship educator, I’ve learned how to break down key steps and business strategies in order to effectively teach other musicians how to create their businesses and launch their careers without sacrificing their artistic dreams or family life.

In addition to creating businesses and income opportunities for myself, I’ve also learned how to leverage my expertise in a way that made me stand out and become invited to lead a University music business program.

I’m deeply committed to helping musicians ignite their limitless life through financial empowerment and creative fulfillment.

Yes, I want this!
